Emily Bridgers PRs Rack Jerk (265)

#Repost @emilybridgers with @repostapp ・・・ This year after the Games, I took my first real off season. I took time off, got blood work, evaluated my nutrition, got an MRI on my back, and started rehabbing with @bseagraves15 and doing corrective exercises daily. When @thebenbenson and I started back up with training, we dialed back significantly on volume and were solely focused on movement and intensity. In the sport of @crossfit, there are many factors that are simply out of your control, so I've really taken time to evaluate the things that ARE in my control and what I can do better. We've slowly started adding back some volume and so far, I am pleased with the results. Here are TWO jerk PRs from today, which has basically never happened so I was excited to say the least! 255 and 265! A very messy recovery but the shoulders feel solid and feet felt fast! #trusttheprocess #bemorehuman @reebok @progenex @purestrength_co @performasleep @fitaid @themarcpro @airrosti
